Um, I don’t have any, methinks. I eat too much, but that isn’t weird. It’s normal and why most of society is overweight!
2. In chapter 22 Aiode and her friends try to go and get their instruments replaced at the factory. There are a ton of different instruments there being made for the fairies, but man are they a fortune. Do any of you play any instruments? Have you ever played an instrument? If not, what would you play if you could?
I played the organ for a short while when I was younger. It’s not a very exciting instrument. I wanted to play the drums but never learned. I also tried to learn how to use turntables, but I had difficulty counting beats to integrate two records together. I have good rhythm though!
I love the elf with the long name! What a hoot. Hoke and Grizelmore are my favs! If I were a detective, I think I would use a unicorn! Ok, ok. Not creative enough. I get it. Gremlins are mischievous and sneaky. Or Pixies, like Jenks from The Hollows series. He is a seriously sneaky dude. I also love Dire Wolves, who could back my ass up when I’m in a jam. Or a Harpy. Oh hell. Watch out, peeps!
4. The book ends on a happy but painful note. What do you think of the ending? Were you happy with the turn of events?
I just know things will look up for the gang. They might have to fight off magical creatures their entire existence, but maybe Grizelmore will quit stuffing his face and help them for a change!
5. Tell us your favorite quote(s)/part(s) from the book!
BUTTERCAKE! What a hoot. That entire scene with her transformation was wicked fun. It was like seeing her transform in slow motion. I thought it was hilarious!

Playing the piano was hard, I don’t think I could have ever done the organ. All those keys. I really think organ players are mad skilled.
And I loved Buttercake, too. I love that she turns into a dragon from an adorable unicorn. I lover unicorns. Phinias the unicorn with his mind in the gutter from Allison Pang’s book, is hilarious.
I haven’t read those books! I must investigate this Phinias…
Your post totally doesn’t suck. I felt that way about mine too haha!! I loved Buttercake too. That scene was so awesome!! I actually was going to color a picture of my imagined unicorn and then another of it as a dragon, but I didn’t have time.
I would have loved to see your coloring pages!
Maybe I will still do them just for fun and post them on twitter.
Wow–wouldn’t want to run into you in a dark alley with all that backup! Dire Wolves and wicked pixies and harpies, oh my!
That’s right!
Oh my gosh a Gremlin…that is awesome. I saw that movie at the Drive-In when I was 9 years old, I wanted a Gizzmo!!!…:D
That was one of my favs growing up. I carried Gizmo everywhere, too. heh.
Oh I played the organ too. I wasn’t any good and my teacher really left something to be desired, but Organ players… play that chord! LOL
Buttercake was too cool. I wouldn’t mind a unicorn like that. I loved her transformation too!
That entire scene was epic!
I think you would like to play my old cord organ.
I haven’t touched one since childhood!
Your post doesn’t suck. If you want to see suckage, check out my post. This past week just few by. It was kind of startling. LOL
Dire Wolves! Now that is a fun choice. Though I don’t think I could trust them not to eat me.
Hope you have a great weekend, hun!
You are so kind. And you never suck, even if you post two word.
Yea, I want Ghost from Game of Thrones as my Dire Wolf.
I eat way too much as well. Pretty normal lol I had an organ when I was little but I just banged around on it and never took lessons. I loved Buttercup too.
Yea, I didn’t take lessons but did learn a few tunes.
