I worked at Blockbuster during high school. I once had a lady ream me a new one because I wouldn’t look in the drop box to see if a new release had been dropped off. I told the crazy bitch multiple times that it was just cleaned out and her movie was not available. She pretty much told me she would be waiting for my ass after I got off work, which she wasn’t. I mean, really? Unhinged, people. Unhinged…
2. In chapter 16 Jason is getting ready to shoot his rocking music video and perform for a crowd. Have you ever made a rock video, been in a play or anything that shows you doing something with musical talent? Extra points if you want to show us.
Um, kinda. I played the organ for a little while, but honestly, have no musical talent. I can sing a little, but over the years, my vocal cords have been ruined from acid reflux. Yuck. I did sing once in a junior high play. I played an unhinged lady who wanted her sister’s man. I’m seeing a theme here…
I was a dancer during childhood, which is turning sound into movement. You want to see those pictures? I’m not sure you can handle it…
3. Speaking of videos, the boys have a little chat about Steven Spielberg in chapter 17, what is your favorite Spielberg movie? Can’t think of one…well then tell us about one of your favorite Sci-fi movies.
ET! Jaws! Indiana Jones! Gremlins! Poltergeist! Back to the Future! THE GOONIES! I mean, the list goes on.
4. At the end of Chapter 17, the guys say bye to Dred who is getting ready to move, did you ever have to start over in a new school or new place when you were in high school? Was it good, bad…horrible?
I lived in Tampa, FL my entire young life. I did move to a different school district for high school because my mom refused to let me go to the one I was assigned. So I did have to start over with a totally new group of people, but I ended up loving my experiences.
5. If you had a pet Unicorn what would you name it?
PEANUT BUTTER CUP. Or Buttercup for short.
And just for fun: Would you rather be pecked to death by a vulture or eat a Goblins toenails???

Haha!! OMG a lady got that upset over a freaking movie?!! Umm here’s an idea, if you want it that bad, go buy it. That’s crazy, but funny. Love the dance pics. You were so cute!! THE GOONIES!! Yes, I picked that too, and E.T. I almost put Gremlins too. Great minds think alike I guess.
People are super-crazy, man. And they seem to be getting worse with their demands and expectations. I don’t understand it! Chill out and read a book, people.
Awesome tutu.
GOONIES!!!!! I love that movie too…:) And your pics are priceless, love them. Ive only been threatened once while working, some lady at the bank called me a bitch and told me I was only working at the bank to smell money and needed my butt kicked…what a whack job.
You got to love when customers just won’t believe you do matter what you tell them. Ugg…how frustrating.
Dude, people have issues! They get so worked up over the stupidest shit! BTW, Cap’n Kitty Morgan is cracking me up, yo!
Way to rock the tutu
Very cute!
I figured you’d be the one to pick death by vulture than goblin feet, bahaha!
Finally someone else who picked death. LOL
People are strange. I can’t believe that she threatened you. Oh and can I say how cute are you in those costumes?!
Also, love the movie list. Such good films.
I was just feeling nostalgic the other day for the little corner video rental places I used to visit as a kid. I miss those spots! I was even nostalgic for Blockbuster lol.
Um, many extra points for the dance pictures!
OMG! You could have so tried out for So You Think You Can Dance. I would have totally voted for you! Love those pictures! Thanks for posting them for us!
I picked Goonies too because seriously, its the best movie ever. And dooood, unhinged is right. Some people are pretty wacked out.
I truly wish I would have stayed in dance, but I became a tomboy and climbing trees and skateboarding become much more interesting! Ahhh well.
haha Blockbuster always brought out the crazies. Just in line I would always hear someone throwing a fit. Those pictures are adorable! I love The Goonies and Buttercup is a cute name.
